SmartOpsMgt™ is an early-stage technology company with offices located in the center of the industrial belt in the Northeastern USA. SmartOpsMgt assembles and sells real-time operations tracking and process flow management Internet of Things (IOT) appliances for use by manufacturing and industrial distribution organizations.
This is an opportunity to become a Partner in SmartOpsMgt and take responsibility for sales, marketing and business development.
In this role you will complement Dr. Peter Green's role as Technical Director.
Dr. Peter Green, SmartOpsMgt's Technical Director has taken the SmartOpsMgt's "Real-Time AI in a Box" from concept to proven product now being sold under the SmartOps24x7 trade mark.
Now the company needs a sales and marketing director that has the know-how and experience to take the product to market and grow the sales to over $100 Million a year.
There are over 90,000 small to mid-sized manufacturing plants in the USA most of which can benefit operationally and financially from renting SmartOpsMgt's SmartOps24x7 IOT (Internet of Things) appliances. These appliances are based on over two decades of successful software development and operational deployment with over $3 Million invested in the software to date. Now we are packaging these in an IOT format to make them easier to deploy and use for this SME segment, in what is over a trillion-dollar industrial IT market annually.
We are looking for someone with several decades of experience in selling technology and software to industrial organizations and especially someone who has experience in successful growing sales channels for this market segment and managing sales teams.
SmartOpsMgt is an early-stage pre-money organization. As such, we are looking for someone who is an entrepreneur that is willing to work for a share of the profits and equity rather than needing to earn a large salary, at least until we raise our first round of venture capital funding.
