SmartOpsTracker Enterprise Integrator

SmartOpsIntegrator

Where operations need to be tracked and managed at multiple manufacturing and distribution sites then they can be linked through a SmartOpsIntegrator appliance, running in the cloud.

Here the Integrator's Integrated Operations Tracking and Management (IOPS) Database is used to integrate the data from all the different SmartOpsTracker sites to give managers an integrated real-time view of operations across their industrial enterprise.

IOPS can also be used to automatically translate an incoming stream of customer orders from multiple sources into orders for the different plants and warehouses. IOPS can function as a central point of communications for a central ERP system and provide the real-time enterprise-wide information needed for AI chatbots and other decision support systems.

In addition, data from the field can be integrated whenever intermittent Internet communications is available at construction sites, on delivery vehicles, and at field service sites using battle hardened store and forward communications.

The big benefit of this architecture is that operations at each site can continue whether an increasingly unreliable internet is available or not and then

This is in contrast to using Cloud-based systems to track and manage operations which are typically much more expensive and much less reliable than using the new generation of small IOT computers in each plant.
