Industrial Smart Operations Management (ISOM) systems are third-generation systems that automate operational decision-making, coordinate process flow, and eliminate "intelligent grunt work"  in manufacturing, distribution, and other industrial organizations. These ISOM systems are based on real-time artificial intelligence methods, originally developed for the US Department of Defense, and have been successfully deployed in hundreds of applications in manufacturing, distribution and other industrial applications over the past decade.

SmartOpsMgt™ is a master distributor for the SmartOps24x7™ ISOM software suite in the USA.

SmartOps24x7 is used by manufacturers, distributors, and other industrial organizations to track and manage their operations in real-time. It is also used by organizations, such as food and pharmaceutical processors and packagers, as well as medical device and supplies manufacturers, which need to comply with materials tracking and traceability mandates of US Government agencies such as the FDA.

The role of SmartOpsMgt is to make copies of the SmartOps24x7 software available to its reseller partners, which are organizations such as systems integrators, barcode and RFID equipment resellers, and ERP support organizations so that they can incorporate elements of SmartOps24x7 into the systems they provide for their end-customers.

SmartOpsMgt also acts as a license distributor for its reseller partners, so they can purchase SmartOps24x7 licenses at a discount from SmartOpsMgt for resale to their end customers.

Please note that SmartOpsMgt does not directly sell licenses for operational use by end-users of the SmartOps24x7 software or assist in ISOM implementations. That is the role of our partner network.
