Smart Operations Management (SmartOpsMgt) LLC is dedicated to providing software technology, education and consulting services to enable mid-sized make-to-order manufacturers run their operations efficiently through the application of a variety of artificial intelligence methods.

SmartOpsMgt's business approach is one of collaborative teaming with systems integrators, other software developers, and consultants, as well as providers of needed equipment and supplies, to provide the systems needed for mid-sized manufacturers in the USA to survive and thrive in these turbulent times.

Organizationally, SmartOpsMgt's goal is to have a small core-team of experts that work with many partners in structured relationships that benefit all participants. Our goal is to help US manufacturers improve their operations, on an ongoing basis, with a time-horizon of many years, and in doing so, generate a revenue stream that will sustain our stakeholders over the long run.

SmartOpsMgt's primary business role is to support and sell licenses to the WIPtracker™ real-time operations tracking and process flow management system, as well the SmartOps24x7™ real-time intelligent agent enterprise integration software .

These software packages are based on the MilramX  and BellHawk software platforms, which have has been successfully deployed in many industrial applications for over a decade. Milramco, which developed this software, under the supervision of Dr. Peter Green, in collaboration with partners, such as KnarrTek Inc., holds the intellectual property rights to the MilramX and BellHawk  software. This software has been successfully deployed in many industrial applications for over a decade.
