The SmartOps24x7
Software Suite includes the following software:
- BellHawk - a barcode
data collection, job and materials tracking system that tracks the flow
of jobs and work-in-process materials through industrial organizations.
As part of this, BellHawk provides
integrated warehouse management systems (WMS) and manufacturing
execution system (MES) capabilities, with the ability to track
individual and nested containers of material, serialized items and
assets.
- MilramX - an
intelligent agent based software platform for implementing
distributed information exchange, enterprise integration, and decision support systems.
- WIPtracker- an integrated BellHawk + MilramX system, which is designed for running in an on-premises Windows
Server or Windows IOT Enterprise computer. It provides real-time operations
tracking and process-flow management capabilities for Make-to-Order(MTO)
and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing and industrial distribution
enterprises.

SmartOps24x7 IOT
based accessory software for capturing data from RFID portals and weighing
scales and for remotely printing barcode labels, These run on separate
Windows IOT computers.

BellHawk RDI
- Remote Desktop Interface - for remotely exchanging data between
BellHawk and a local simplified "mirror" database running on a desktop
PC.
The software used in the SmartOps24x7 IOT product line is a special distribution of the proven
BellHawk®,
MilramX™, and
WIPtracker™ software. It
is based on the
Tau Adaptor principles and
libraries and follows
Open Architecture Principles .
It has Unique
Capabilities that make it especially suitable for tracking and managing
make-to-order operations as well as distribution warehouses that do
secondary operations. These capabilities also enable compliance with FDA
supply chain traceability requirements.
